Idle Hours - 33% Rate
If you have a large gap in your day during which you do not wish to have anything filmed, we can switch to 33% of our rate during these inactive hours.
Overtime Hours - 120% Rate
Wow your guests at your reception dinner with professionally shot film showing how you met, talking about your relationship, thanking your guests for attending... all set alongside beautiful video portraiture. This option truly sets your wedding apart. Samples will be made available on request.
Camera Crane - £995
If your event runs late and you require us for additional hours over what you have ordered, we will work overtime at 120% of the rate subject to our availability.
All 2 camera packages come with online clips for you to share with friends, however the 'Trailer' option brings a touch of Hollywood glamour, using some of the best shots and interviews from the day it offers a great preview for your friends and family to enjoy before the final film. Perfect for your facebook profile.
A Camera Crane is a an extremely long arm (approx 20 foot) that rises into the air to get fantastic aerial views. Large Cranes are used at concerts to swoop across the crowd. Ideally suited for larger weddings, it can be used to capture your venues, for aerial portraiture and as a third angle for parts of your day such as the dancefloor scenes.
Dedicated Steadicam Operator - £995
Whilst we can get steady shots on smooth floors with our standard dolly equipment (like you see in our trailers), a Steadicam operator will extend this effect to all terrains which is extremely useful for outdoor shooting. An operator wears a special vest with a 'robotic' arm attached to it which holds the camera steady. The fee pays for a dedicated third Steadicam camera angle for the entire day.
Trailer - £195
High Definition Version (Blu-ray) - £295
We shoot in High Definition (HD) but our standard delivery format is DVD. DVDs however are incapable of showing a product in HD. With a Blu-ray disc your entire film can be seen in the original High Definition quality with up to 4 times the picture quality of the DVD version.
(Price includes the encoding process, on-disc printing and inlay layout reformatting to fit a Blu-ray box). For films over 2 hours 45 mins the charge is £450.
Subtitles - £295
Add a subtitle track to your interview vocals and any vocals we take from guest interviews. These can also be translated into foreign languages on request.
Other Charges (in addition to package)
Additional Editing - £35 per hour
Our standard hourly rate for editing. The same rate applies for graphical artwork layout and editing. This charge applies only for work you request in addition to your package.
